Civil Service Reforms
Without a doubt, our civil service is at the forefront of governance, and with the sizable collection of state ministries, agencies, and local government councils, more can be achieved in an environment of transparency, accountability, and reward. The citizens of Kogi State who have served various governments as public servants deserve a fair share of thoughtfulness and encouragement to effectively execute the policies articulated by the three arms of government.
Aguda recognizes the significance of public service to the state, and how neglecting the welfare of public servants in the state can breed indifference and corrupt practices capable of grounding the effect of good governance to citizens. His agenda is to rebuild the capacity for civil servants to be effective thereby making government efficient, improve the earnings of workers, and reward excellence in service across all ministries and agencies of government in Kogi State.
